The Centre d'Education et de Réadaptation à Base communautaire (CERBC) is a Christian, non-governmental, apolitical, and non-profit organization specializing in improving the qualitiy of life for people with disabilities. CERBC, originaly called ESMA (l’Ecole des Sourds-Muets), was created in 2004 with a vision of ensuring the integration of persons with disabilities into society. We seek to provide education and rehabilitation in order to restore the dignity of people with disabilities.
